RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All purchases* (including purchases made at Instagram and Facebook platforms) may be returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging, including all tags or boxes the item came with.
Refunds for store credit are free, include free U.S. shipping on your next order, and do not have any restocking fees deducted from the total refund.
For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct $9 to cover shipping and restocking. (This fee is charged for US and Canadian orders only). Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
If your order used store credit as the sole payment method, that specific purchase can only be returned for store credit.
*excluding items purchased at Instagram and Facebook.
Please note that all sales made via any gift card purchases are final.
Conditions of return
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are unable to offer automatic exchanges right now. Instead, we recommend that customers needing a different size or fit create a return here.

Customers can cancel their orders, within 1 day of placing the order. The refund for the cancelled order would be credited to the customer, as store credit.
